1. Eligibility & Website Use

This website and our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

You agree to use the website lawfully and only for purposes related to booking residential cleaning services.
2. Booking & Payment

All appointments must be scheduled through our website, phone, or email.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Service quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the property conditions differ from the description given.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged 50% of the service fee.

No-shows or failure to provide access at the scheduled time will be considered a cancellation and are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are allowed without penalty, subject to availability.
4. Cleaning Services Scope

We provide general and deep residential cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.

Our standard checklist can be found on our website or emailed to you upon request.

Additional services (e.g., oven cleaning, inside fridge, laundry, etc.) must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.

We do not provide biohazard cleaning, mold removal, hoarding cleanup, or pest control.
5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure that the property is accessible at the scheduled time.

Provide clear instructions regarding pets, alarms, and access points.

Declutter major areas to allow for effective cleaning.

Notify us of any delicate surfaces or areas requiring special attention.
6. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if the property presents health hazards (e.g., infestations, hazardous materials).

Our cleaners are trained to use cleaning products safely. If you request we use your products, we are not liable for any damage caused.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.

We will offer a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas if the issue meets our re-clean policy criteria.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be honored.
8. Breakage & Damage

While we take great care, accidents can happen. Any damage caused by our staff must be reported to us within 24 hours.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the total value of the cleaning fee for that service.

Items improperly secured or in unstable condition

Pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed prior to cleaning
